3/4 | c | Potato water, cooled* for the Welbilt machine,add 1 tb more |
2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/3 | c | Rye flour |
1 | tb | Cornmeal |
1/4 | c | Plain mashed potato, or room temperature |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 | tb | Molasses |
1/2 | ts | Caraway seeds |
2 | ts | RED STAR active dry yeast |
1 1/2 LB. LOAF |
2 | tb | Miller's bran |
1 | c | Potato water, cooled* - for Welbilt/Dak add 2 tbsp. more wat |
3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | c | Rye flour |
2 | tb | Cornmeal |
1/2 | c | Plain mashed potato, at room temperature |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 | tb | Molasses |
1 | ts | Caraway seeds |
3 | ts | RED STAR active dry yeast - except 1 1/2 lb. Panasonic/ Nati |

Place all the ingredients in the bread pan, insert it into the machine
and press start.
After the baking cycle remove bread from pan and cool on cake race for 1
hour before slicing.
