8 | Eggs; hard-cooked | |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | ts | Mustard, prepared |
1/2 | ts | Horseradish, prepared |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Paprika |
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks; stir in mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
Fill egg halves with mixture; chill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
