Title: Sugarless Raisin Cookies

Yield: 24 Cookies
3/4 | c | Raisins |
2/3 | c | Water; |
1 | tb | Liquid sugar substitute |
1 | ts | Cinnamon; |
1/4 | ts | Nutmeg; |
2 | tb | Margarine; |
1 | Egg; | |
1 | c | Flour; |
1 | ts | Baking powder; |
1/4 | ts | Salt; |
METHOD: Combine raisins, water, sweetener, spices, and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in egg. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to fruit mixture and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9 to 10 minutes until light brown. YIELD: 12 servings (2 cookies)
