Title: Great Guacomole

Yield: 3 Servings
4 | Avocados; peeled and chopped | |
2 | Tomatoes; chopped | |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | ts | Hot sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
Chips |
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Chill. Serve with chips.
NOTE: Reserve 1 or 2 seeds from avocados. Place in dip to prevent mixture from darkening.
