Title: Fettucini with Shrimp and Herb Sauce

1 | pk | Lipton creamy herb soup mix |
8 | oz | Shrimp, partially thawed |
6 | oz | Fettucini, cooked |
1 3/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Peas, partially thawed |
1/4 | c | Parmesan, grated |
