Title: Golden Fried Oysters

24 Fresh shucked oysters
2 Egg whites
1 Egg yolk
2tbMilk
1tsSeasoned salt
1/4tsBlack pepper
1cYellow cornmeal
1/2cFlour
  Cooking oil

Drain oysters. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Dip oysters in egg mixture and roll in dry mixture. Repeat process to form double breading. Heat oil to 365 degrees. Fry oysters 2 or 3 minutes until golden brown. Makes 4 servings of 6 oysters each.
