4 | tb | Onion; chopped |
2 | tb | Pepper, green; chopped |
2 | tb | Celery; chopped |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |

1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | dr | Tabasco sauce |
1 | pt | Oysters; drained |
Fry bacon and crumble; add onion, green pepper, and celery and cook in bacon drippings until tender. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Arrange drained oysters in buttered baking dish. Spread bacon mixture over oysters. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or unitl brown.
