Title: Frozen Fruit Salad for a Crowd

Yield: 30 Servings

1 1/4lbMini marshmallows
  Large can fruit cocktail
  Medium can crushed pineapple
  10 oz. pkg. frozen
  Strawberries
1ptWhipping cream
3/4cSugar
1/2tsVanilla
1/2tsAlmond extract.

Put marshmallows and fruit in a large bowl and let stand 2-3 hours. Whip cream and add sugar and vanilla and almond extract. Mix all together well and freeze in two 9"x12" pans. Keeps well. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and let stand at room temp. 5-10 minutes. Invert on serving platter and slice. Serves 30.
