Title: Frozen Fruit Salad for a Crowd

Yield: 30 Servings
1 1/4 | lb | Mini marshmallows |
| | Large can fruit cocktail |
| | Medium can crushed pineapple |
| | 10 oz. pkg. frozen |
| | Strawberries |
1 | pt | Whipping cream |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | ts | Almond extract. |
Put marshmallows and fruit in a large bowl and let stand 2-3 hours. Whip
cream and add sugar and vanilla and almond extract. Mix all together well
and freeze in two 9"x12" pans. Keeps well. When ready to serve, remove
from freezer and let stand at room temp. 5-10 minutes. Invert on serving
