Title: Garden Patch Pizza

1 | (12-inch) pizza crust | |
1 | tb | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 | c | (8 oz.) pizza sauce |
1 1/2 | c | (6oz.) shredded mozzarella |
1 | c | Or 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple |
Tidbits or chunks, drained | ||
1 | c | Broccoli florets, cooked and |
Drained | ||
1/4 | c | Red bell pepper, sliced |
2 | tb | Chopped green onion |
Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, broccoli, bell pepper and green onions. Bake at 425 F 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
