Title: Fruit and Berry Cobblers

Yield: 1 Recipe
Add 2 T. more shortening to the Biscuiit ingredients and roll to a pie crust thickness. Line a deep baking dish or ppan with the crust. Sift 2 T. of flour, 1/2 teacupful sugar (more if the fruit is tart), into the bottom crust, then add fruit or berries. If you are making an apple or fresh peach cobbler, add 1 teacup boiling water. Berries will make thier own juice. Add top crust and bake.
