Title: Strawberry and Rhubarb Preserves

Yield: 1 Batch

1	qt	Rhubarb,cut in small pieces
8	c	Sugar
2	qt	Strawberries

Sprinkle rhubarb with sugar and rest 12 hr. Bring it to a boil quickly. Hull the berries and add to the rhubarb. Simmer 15 min. Jar.
