Title: Emerald Dressing

1 | c | Salad oil |
1/4 | c | Salad vinegar |
1/4 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/4 | c | Parsley, minced |
2 | tb | Green pepper, fine chopped |
2 | tb | Confectioners's sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Red pepper ( or less ) |
Combine all ingredients in jar or blender. Cover and set aside for 1 hour. Shake 5 minutes or lend thoroughly before serving. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing.. Serve with sea food, cottage cheese, or tossed green salads..
