Title: Orange Glaze for Ham

Yield: 1 Cup
6 | oz | Orange juice concentrate; thawed and undiluted |
1/2 | ts | Ginger, ground |
4 | tb | Mustard, prepared |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients, and stir unitl smooth. Spoon over ham during last 30 minutes of baking time.
