2 | ts | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | ts | Grated orange peel |
1/2 | ts | Dried sage |
1/4 | ts | Ground pepper |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
3 | md | Red potatoes; cut in wedges |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the first 5 ingredients, add potatoes and toss. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40 minutes.
