10 | oz | Boboli |
1 1/2 | c | Cooked wild rice |
8 | oz | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
1/2 | md | Onion; thinly sliced |
1 | | Red pepper; sliced in thin |
4 | oz | Low fat soy cheese; grated |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread pizza sauce evenly over Boboli or
pizza dough. Sprinkle wild rice over pizza sauce and top with the
remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees for the Boboli crust
(or follow directions of the pizza dough recipe) Calories per slice: 176
