Title: Baked Squash (Natural)

3 | Squash | |
1/4 | c | Raw honey |
3 | tb | Refined oil |
1 | tb | Tamari soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Sesame seeds |
1/4 | c | Sunflower seeds |
Cut squash into 2 parts, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Mix remaining ingredients and fill centers of squash pieces. Place in shallow pan with a little water in the bottom. Cover and bake about an hour at 300 degrees. Remoe lid and bake till glazed and done.
