Title: Sweet Potatoes with Orange, Nuts and Sherry

4 | Cooked sweet potatoes | |
1 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Orange juice |
1/4 | c | Raisins |
1/4 | c | Butter |
3 | tb | Sherry |
2 | tb | Chopped walnuts |
1/2 | tb | Grated orange peel |
Cut cooked sweet potatoes in lengthwise pieces Mix potatoes with all remaining ingrdients and place in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake 350 for 20 minutes or hot and bubbly.
