1/2 | c | NUTS OR SEEDS |
1/4 | c | Flour |
3 | tb | CHICKEN STYLE SEASONING |
1 | ts | Salt |
2 1/4 | c | Additional water |
2 | c | Cooked garbanzo beans, |

1 | cn | (16oz) garbanzo beans, |
Drained | ||
1 1/2 | c | Frozen green peas |
2/3 | c | Sliced carrot |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
BLEND smooth the water, nuts or seeds, flour, seasoning and salt. Pour into saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 5-10 minutes until thickened. In a separate pan, cook carrots and onions in a small amount of water until almost tender. Add peas and cook 3 more minutes. Add drained vegetables and garbanzo beans to the sauce. Serve over brown rice, noodles or potatoes.
