Title: Peanut Meat - Joann Rachor

1 1/2 | c | Peanuts, dry roasted |
2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Cornmeal |
1/3 | c | Soy or oat flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | YEAST PASTE -=OR=- |
1/3 | ts | Salt |
Make oat lfour by BLENDING quick or rolled oats until fine. BLEND peanuts with 1 cup water. Stir all ingredients together. Bake in an oiled 1-quart casserole, covered, at 350F. for 60 minutes. Remove from dish and slice. Serve in sandwich with SPROUTS and KETCHUP or CHEESE SAUCE. Cube and put in a salad. Use in PEANUT RICE CASSEROLE.
