| | Egg yolk |
1/2 | x | Egg white |
4 | tb | Oil |
1 | ts | Salt |
9 | oz | (250g) plain flour |
1 | pk | (16g) Backin |
rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, if desired and mix with the
milk, egg yolk, and 1/2 egg white, oil and salt. mix and sieve together the
flour and the Backin and add to the mixed ingredients, a little at a time,
until slightly more than half has been used. Knead in the rest of the
flour.
