2 | c | Choped cucumber |
2 | c | Vinegar |
2 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | ts | Celery seed |
2 | c | Chopped tomatoes |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | Chopped cabbage |
1/2 | ts | Turmeric |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
2 | c | Corn, cut from the cob |
In a Dutch oven or heavy sauce pan, combine first five ingredients. Heat to a boiling; add vegetables. Cook, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pack in hot scalded jars and seal. Makes 3 pints.
