Title: Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings
3 | /4 c | unsweetened coconut milk |
1 | /4 c | peanut butter |
1 m | d green chili pepper -- seeded | |
: | finely | |
: | chopped | |
1 T | B cilantro -- snipped | |
1 | /2 t | s lemon peel -- shredded |
1 | /2 t | s fish sauce |
: | or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce | |
: | milk |
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
