Title: Georgina Major's Diabetic Cooked Salad Dressing

8 | ts | Liquid sucaryl |
2/3 | c | Skim milk |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
1 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Butter |
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.Cook over hot,not boiling water; stir until thick and smooth.chill.Use to dress coleslaw,aspic salad or tomatoes.
Per each tbsp serving: Calories 10 protein 0.5g fat 0.5g Carbhydrate 0.5 g (with sugar 34 calories)
Note: If no more than 1 tbsp is used,need not be calculated as exchanges.
