Title: Georgina Major's Diabetic Cooked Salad Dressing

2 Eggs,beaten
8tsLiquid sucaryl
2/3cSkim milk
1/2cVinegar
1tsPrepared mustard
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/2tsButter

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.Cook over hot,not boiling water; stir until thick and smooth.chill.Use to dress coleslaw,aspic salad or tomatoes.

Per each tbsp serving: Calories 10 protein 0.5g fat 0.5g Carbhydrate 0.5 g (with sugar 34 calories)
