2 | c | Mashed bananas; (about 5) |
2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 | cn | Crushed pineapple; (8 oz)-- drained |
1 | | A large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, |
| | Baking soda, cinnamon, and |
| | Salt; stir in pecans. in a separate bowl, |
| | Combine remaining |
| | Ingredients; mix well. pour wet mixxture |
| | Into dry mixture, stirring |
| | Just until dry ingredients a re moistened. |
| | Spoon batter into 2 greased |
| | And floured 8x4" loaf pans. bake for |
| | About 1 1/2 hours at 3500. cool |
