Title: Simple Fruitcake Cookies

Sugar cookies | ||
1 | c | Chopped assorted dried fruit |
1/2 | c | Chopped walnuts |
1 1/2 | ts | Apple pie spice |
65 | Mini-paper baking cups | |
1 1/4-inch diameter |
Heat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except paper baking cups; mix well. If necessary, refrigerate dough 15 minutes for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place in paper cups. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool in paper cups on wire rack.
