Title: Smoked Haddock and Potato Boats

Cook the smoked haddock
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/GM4. Wash and prick the potatoes and bake in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
When soft cut each potato in half lengthwise. Leaving the skins intact scoop out the insides of each potato half into a bowl. Add the fromage frais, salt and pepper and mash well.
Stir in the haddock and spoon the mixture back into the potato skins. Turn the oven up to 200C/400F/GM6, return the potatoes to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes.
