Title: Potato Dumpling for Tzimmis

4lgPotatoes
2tbMargarine -- or other fat or
  Oil
1/3cMatzo meal
1tbMinced onions
2 Eggs
1/2tsSalt
 dsPepper

Cook one of the potatoes. Grate the other three , and press out the liquid. Combine all. Shape into 2 dumplings. Put in center of tzimmis, and cook.
