2 | tb | Margarine -- or other fat or |
Oil | ||
1/3 | c | Matzo meal |
1 | tb | Minced onions |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
ds | Pepper |
Cook one of the potatoes. Grate the other three , and press out the liquid. Combine all. Shape into 2 dumplings. Put in center of tzimmis, and cook.
