Title: Meat and Rice Stuffing

Yield: 6 Servings

3lgOnions; coarsely grated
1lbMinced meat
1cParsely; finely chopped
1cDill; finely chopped
1 Tomato, grated or diluted in
2tbButter
1/4cRice (short grain)
  Salt and pepper to taste
1cFresh mint; finely chopped
1/2c-water
1tbTomato paste
1/4c-cold water

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

NOTE: This stuffing can be used to fill vine leaves, cabbage leaves, tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplant, bell peppers asnd Swiss chard.
