Title: WW Grilled Salmon with Herbed Vegetables

1/4 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |

1 | md | Yellow squash |
4 | md | Tomatoes -- halved |

Preheat the boiler or start the grill. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Drizzle the salmon steaks evenly with the lemon juice mixture. Season with the salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini and yellow squash into 1/2" rounds. Thread the squash slices onto skewers. Brush the squash slices and tomato halves with the oil and sprinkle with the oregano. Grill or broil 4 inches from the heat until the vegetables are tender, 7-9 minutes. Cover the vegetables loosely to keep warm while you cook the salmon. Grill or broil the salmon, truning once, until the fish is cooked through, 7-9 minutes. Serve the fish and vegetables garnished with the lemn slices and oregano sprigs, if desired.
