Title: Red Fruit and Champagne

1/2 | c | Strawberries washed and hulled |
1/2 | c | Raspberries, cleaned |
1/4 | c | Red currants, cleaned |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
750 | ml | Bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine |
1/4 | c | Raspberry liqueur |
Place the fruit in a large pitcher and cover with the sugar in a layer. Allow the fruit to macerate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Just before serving, pour a bottle of champagne over the fruit and add the raspberry liqueur. Serve chilled.
