Title: 4th of July Pie

1 | pt | Blueberries |
20 | Strawberries, hulled whipped cream | |
3 1/4 | oz | Package regular vanilla pudding mix |
2 | c | Milk |
1 | 8oz package cream cheese, softened | |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | 8 inch graham cracker pie crust |
Combine pudding mix and 2 cups milk in saucepan. Bring to full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour pudding mixture into pie crust. Refrugerate 3 hour or overnight. Place strawberries in circle on outer edge of pie. Place one in center. Place blueberries over remaining pudding. Serve chilled, with whipped cream on top.
