Title: Arizona Pecan and Date Pie

3	tb	Butter
1/2	c	Sugar
3	lg	Eggs
1/4	ts	Salt
1	ts	Vanilla
1	tb	All purpose flour
1	c	Dark corn syrup
12		Dates, pitted, cut into pieces
3/4	c	Chopped pecans
		Pastry for 1 crust pie unbaked

Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. eat in salt and vanilla. Add flour and blend well. Add corn syrup. Fold in dates and pecans.

Pour into pastry lined 9 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 45 minutes OR until set.
