2lbApples, green
1lbSultanas
2lbSugar
1/4lbGinger, preserved
2ozGarlic cloves
2lbOnions
1tsCayenne
1/4lbSalt
1lbRaisins, seeded
1ozCloves
1ozAllspice
1qtVinegar

Put spices in muslin bag. Skin tomatoes then put all ingredients into pan and boil for 2 hours.
