Title: Ripe Tomato Chutney

10 | lb | Tomatoes |
2 | lb | Apples, green |
1 | lb | Sultanas |
2 | lb | Sugar |
1/4 | lb | Ginger, preserved |
2 | oz | Garlic cloves |
2 | lb | Onions |
1 | ts | Cayenne |
1/4 | lb | Salt |
1 | lb | Raisins, seeded |
1 | oz | Cloves |
1 | oz | Allspice |
1 | qt | Vinegar |
Put spices in muslin bag. Skin tomatoes then put all ingredients into pan and boil for 2 hours.
