1 | oz | Drinking chocolate |
4 | oz | Raisins |
2 | tb | Heather Cream Liqueur |

4 | oz | Plain cooking chocolate |

Line a 1 lb / 450 g loaf tin with cling film (plastic wrap).
Melt butter in pan with syrup (light corn syrup ??) then add the drinking chocolate, raisins, Heather Cream Liqueur and the digestive biscuits (graham crackers) and mix well.
Place in the loaf tin and press well down. Leave to set in a cool place.
Melt the chocolate and spread over the top. Leave to set.
