Title: Onions in Sauce for a Feijoada

1 | lg | Onion, sliced thin |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Tabasco sauce |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
Cover the onion with boiling water, drain, & rinse in cold water. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients & let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or longer.
