Title: Herb and Spice Blends for Popcorn

MEDITERRANEAN BLEND
1tsDried basil
1tsDried marjoram
1tsPaprika
1tsDried thyme
1/8tsDry mustard
 pnDried sage
 pnCayenne pepper
SPICY BLEND
2tsChili powder
2tsCurry powder
1/8tsGarlic powder
DILL BLEND
1tbDried dill weed
1 1/2tsDried oregano
1/2tsGrated lemon peel
1/8tsGarlic powder
TEXAS BLEND
2tsPaprika
1tsDried oregano
1/2tsCayenne pepper
1/4tsGarlic powder
1/4tsGround cumin

Pop the popcorn using 1 tsp canola oil. Remove the popcorn from the popper and lightly spary the warm popped corn with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with one of the blends to taste; toss well and serve. Makes enough seasoning for about 12 cups popcorn.
