Title: Sage and Oniuon Pudding (Aus Herb Soc)

Yield: 1 Servings
8 | oz | Wholemeal bread crumbs |
1 | Onion; chopd or grated | |
2 | oz | Margarine or unsalted butter |
1 | tb | Parsley; chopped |
1/2 | ts | Dried sage |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano |
1 | Egg or a little milk to bind |
Mix breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, sage and oregano together. Add a little shortening into dry ingredients then bind with beaten egg or milk. Spread out on a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for one hour. Serve hot with vegetables. Also lovely with a green salad.
