Title: Sage and Oniuon Pudding (Aus Herb Soc)

Yield: 1 Servings

8ozWholemeal bread crumbs
1 Onion; chopd or grated
2ozMargarine or unsalted butter
1tbParsley; chopped
1/2tsDried sage
1/2tsDried oregano
1 Egg or a little milk to bind

Mix breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, sage and oregano together. Add a little shortening into dry ingredients then bind with beaten egg or milk. Spread out on a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for one hour. Serve hot with vegetables. Also lovely with a green salad.
