1/2 | c | Chopped nuts (optional) |
1/2 | ts | Lemon |

1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |

1/2 | ts | Rose water |
1 | c | Sour cream |
Enfield Shaker Village, New Hampshire
Remove pits from prunes, chop and beat to a pulp. Add sugar, nuts and extract and mix throughly. Whip cream until stiff with a fork. Add prune mixture in small amounts and mix thoroughl. Chill and serve.
