Title: Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Olives

3 Garlic cloves;, minced
2tbOlive oil
1/3cChopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 3/4cChicken broth
1/2cKalamata olives; chopped
1/4cChopped parsley
2ozCrumbled goat cheese
  ** pasta **
1lbPenne or other pasta

Cook garlic cloves in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer 10 minutes. Add olives and parsley. Top with goat cheese. Typed by Ethel Snyder Date August 17, 1997
