2 | Egg whites; | |
1/4 | c | Onions; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Carrots; grated |
3 | oz | Unpeeled potatoes; grated |
2 | tb | Ketchup; |
1/4 | ts | Dried thyme; |
Salt and pepper to taste; |
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
