1lbVery lean ground beef;
2 Egg whites;
1/4cOnions; finely chopped
1/4cCarrots; grated
3ozUnpeeled potatoes; grated
2tbKetchup;
1/4tsDried thyme;
  Salt and pepper to taste;

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
