Title: Ginger, Mint and Honey Marinade for Lamb

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges) |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Honey |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried |
2 | tb | Finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground |
3 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
Salt and freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over lamb. Marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before grilling. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
