Title: Susan's Marinade for Grilled Chicken and Meats

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2	c	Soy sauce
1/3	c	Oil
1/4	c	Wine
1	tb	Sugar
1/2	ts	Salt
3		Cloves garlic -- minced
2	tb	Ginger root -- minced

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken breast or veal chops. Marinate at least 2 hours. Grill chicken or veal to desired doneness.
